Use of Microsoft screenshots
Microsoft does not object to third party use of screen shots of its software products (except multimedia products) in various ways, including documentation, in books and other printed matter, on video tape, in tutorial software applications, on World Wide Web pages, etc, so long as the use is not disparaging and falls within the definition of `fair use' under international copyright law, as applicable.
